AUCTION DONATION FORM

Willow Park Wines & Spirits welcomes donations for both the Silent and Live Auctions. If you prefer, cash contributions are gratefully accepted. Cheques payable to The Vintage Fund will be provided with a charitable tax receipt. Proceeds raised from the Charity Wine Auction will benefit The Vintage Fund, an endowment fund focusing on education, health care and senior’s needs in our community.

*Donors providing merchandise for the silent auction will be provided with a tax receipt, provided the item is accompanied by verification of fair market value. Contribution of services may not be acknowledged by issuance of an official tax receipt. A gift must involve property. Contribution of services (that is time, skills, effort) are not property and do not qualify (see income tax interpretation bulletin IT-11OR3 15(d)).
