2009 Bordeaux Futures for Sale
For decades, the wines of Bordeaux in France have been coveted for their sublime style and ageing potential. Acquiring your wine through a "futures" program, allows you to purchase highly sought wine after it is made but before it is bottled. Barrel samples are made available to buyers to taste and then sell to their customers in advance. Bordeaux Futures are generally bottled and shipped three years after the vintage. In good vintages, wine futures can offer the investor the greatest return; the initial release prices are usually the lowest at which the wines will ever be sold.
